Overview
Pusat Cetak Indonesia runs every order — from the online store, the B2B portal, and walk-in customers — through one back-office system. It is where sales, production, warehouse, and finance meet.
The challenge
A print order touches many hands: pricing, approval, a work order for production, materials from stock, delivery, and payment. When these live in separate tools, jobs get stuck, stock goes missing, and the books never quite match.
What I built
- Operations — customer invoices with promos, work orders (SPK), job status tracking, and a real-time smart queue for production, powered by Socket.IO and Redis.
- Inventory — products and materials master data, stock in and stock out, and waste logging so material usage is accounted for.
- Finance & accounting — cash out, chart of accounts, general journal, general ledger, and financial statements (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet).
- Management — KPI and performance dashboards, role-based access, customer records, and an internal remarks inbox.
Results
One flow from order to cash, with production and finance looking at the same numbers in real time.
